In recent years, our group company has successively contracted 7 sets of equipment (one in Saudi Arabia and three in Brazil). Our group company is trying to produce these seven sets of alloy steel equipment in the furnace. In October 2014, our group company established Derunze Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd., which specializes in the production of alloy steel equipment in furnaces.
　　1. Shaft running system: base (assembly), middle shaft (steel), upper shaft (corrosion-resistant steel), large gear, small gear, large pulley, small pulley, Furnace core protection tile (new corrosion-resistant steel 2#) and cooling cone (assembly) have added a new dust-proof system.
　　2. Stirring system: four booms (new corrosion-resistant steel 1#), rake tine retainer (new corrosion-resistant steel 2#) and boom protection sleeve (new corrosion-resistant steel 2#).
　　3. Raw material cutting and distribution system: Potassium chloride feeding Jiaolong (assembly), central cylinder (new corrosion-resistant steel 1#), center cylinder upper cover (new corrosion-resistant steel 1#), there are two kinds(One is common, and the other is for jacketed sulfuric acid pipe.), (One is common, and the other is for jacketed sulfuric acid pipe.), There are three kinds of sulfuric acid feeding pipes (the first is steel pipe, the second is new corrosion-resistant steel 3#, and the third is new corrosion-resistant steel 3# jacket type.) There are two kinds of potassium chloride distributor (new corrosion-resistant steel 2#) and sulfuric acid distributor (the material is new corrosion-resistant steel 2#, one is ordinary, and the other is for sulfuric acid pipe with jacket.).
　　4. Finished product discharge system: hydrogen chloride outlet and cover (new corrosion-resistant steel 1#), potassium sulfate outlet and cover (new corrosion-resistant steel 1#) and inclined discharge port (assembly).
